Shape builder tool creating extremely jagged lines in 29.3 update

I have been using the shape builder for years and years very consistently. I noticed immediately after updating to the 29.3 release that it now creates extremely jagged lines from totally smooth lines. Please see attached before and after photos! This is extremely frustrating. Any ideas how to fix?

I'm not able to replicate this issue. Try resetting preferences in Illustrator.
