Share documents for review - Colours change in browser

New Here ,
Aug 05, 2024 Aug 05, 2024

When sharing my Ai file for review with my collegues, The colours chnage when viewing the document in the browser. Can soemone please let me know where I am going wrong and how to fix this problem. I have provided imagery showing the Ai file and viewing the document in my browser.

Please note the document is in RGB and even when saved as CMYK it stills changes the colour.

The colours used in the original document are official Pantone colours.

I can confirm the color change, but if you change the pantone color to RGB it will display as seen in your first screenshot.

There are problems with color management in the share for review feature.

It does not surprise me that a Pantone color (which is actually a mixed printing ink) that may not be able to be created with sRGB or CMYK colors is not displaying properly in an online version of the document. Overprint Preview gives the best preview of a pantone (Lab) color, but that is not supported in Share for Review.

No even when I don't use Pantone and I am in CMYK or RGB the colours still show up way brighter in a browser. My other colleagues don't have this issue. But you are saying Share for review still needs work.
