sharing libraries and purchases for Adobe Stock

We are running creative cloud for teams have several people working on project simultaneously.  We have one person on the team who holds the monthly subscription for adobe stock.  So we want to be able to share a library with unlicensed content from Adobe Stock and then he licenses it.  However, when we do that the licensed photos etc. never update in the originators library.  Are we missing something? Is this not something the cloud can do yet?
