Shortcut to move pattern inside shape?

I've been trying hard to move a pattern inside a shape but I cannot seem to find a working shortcut.

It seems like there are diffrent ones depending on keyboard language? Mine is swedish. But I've also tried switching to US and UK versions with no luck. The ones ive tried are the tile key ~, the backtick one ` the < and this one ' what else is there? I've also tried these with different varitions of ctrl and alt. Doesn't work.
