Shortcuts funktionieren nicht

Hallo zusammen.Ich bin gerade etwas genervt weil ich einen sporadisch auftretenden Fehler im Illustrator habe. Und zwar starte ich das Programm morgens und kann ganz normal mit Shortcuts arbeiten wie immer.Nach einer Weile (mal eine Stunde, mal 4 Stunden) funktionieren die Shortcuts nicht mehr. und zwar alle.Mitten im Arbeiten ist das natürlich ein böser Fehler den man nicht unbedingt sofort mitbekommt.System Windows 10, alle Updates (Win sowie Illu aktuell)Eine neuinstallation von Illu habe ich schon vorgenommen. Danach hat für den Tag alles funktioniert, alsich jedoch am nächsten Tag weiter gemacht habe war der Fehler wieder da. Auch ein neustart vom Programm bringt nix. Sonstige Programme geschlossen bringt auch nichts. Unnötig zu erwähnen daß der Fehler in anderen Programmen nicht auftaucht. Meine Kollegen haben diesen Fehler nicht.Bitte dringend um Lösungsansätze.Mfg. Hanno Schulz

Sorry to hear about the experience. I hope the issue is resolved by now. If not, kindly try resetting Illustrator's preferences by following the steps shared in this article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/troubleshoot-preference-issues.html) and sharing your observations.
Disclaimer: Please note that resetting preferences will remove all custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with the defaults. You may take a backup of these settings from the location mentioned in the article.
