Shortcuts not working - CC 2020 + Windows 10

Hello.

Im having problems with shortcuts on Illustrator CC 2020 (v. 25.2.1) + Windows 10.

Example: CTRL+ ; (to hide/reveal guides) don't work.

Actually, a lot of then aren't working.

What i have to do? It's a bug? Some avaiable fix?
