Smart Guides Only Show Gray Background Without data

 Hi, I turned on Smart Guides. The settings are as the following

When I draw something like rectangle, Smart Guides only show the gray background like this, the data like dx, dy are just gone

Do you have any ideas what 's going on here?

Can you try and reboot the computer?

Do you have any system extensions installed that meddle with the cursor?

This is quite an old version, no? It might be incompatible with your system.

If nothing helps you can try and reset the Illustrator preferences. Rename the preferences folder for that, so your old settings are kept.
