Snaps ABOVE the grid line???

Hi,

For some reason, today, things snap just above the horizontal grid line.... Why? Using CS6.

(already tried to tick or untick smart guides with no results)

CS6... i cant remember clearly but it the transform panel is align to pixel grid checked? if so uncheck it
