Somehow I added thin black lines that surround each of my objects, and I can't seem to remove them.

I'm sure I clicked something by accdent, but im not sure what it was. Anyway, I have thin, what looks like guide lines, around the corners of each of my objects. They follow with it being exported. Any help to remove them would be very much appreciated.

What kind of file is that? A PDF you opened?

Please select an object that has this line added and show us the Appearance panel. And the layers panel (layer opened)

Can the lines be seen if you go into the Outline mode (View>Outline)?
