specees extension fail

Just paid for specees extension the measurement tool. All I get is 'No valid dimension found' although I have not changed any settings. Worked one time only! Any ideas?  Paul

I'm afraid I have zero faith in the Adobe Add-ons page.

That said, you should contact the developer directly.

Which Adobe program are you referring to? Is it Illustrator? I would advice you contact the developer of the extension or refer the documentation to see how the extension works
