Hello to all,
I'm trying to make the drawing you see in the picture but I can't find a way to make it "precise".
I should start from the hand-made drawing but I would like to make it precise and symmetrical.
I thought about creating guides on the sides and then circles to guide me in those points but it is not a good solution.
Can you help me?
Thanks,
Alessio

As sketched that's never going to be symmetrical, but try the Curvature drawing tool - it makes all the hard decisions about how much to drag the handles etc for you, but it still needs finessing, so watch a youtube vid first to get the idea of how to use it, and maybe practice first.
You could do one central path first then us offset path for a equal width "tube", or use the width tool if you want to alter thickness.

Try drawing the shape by tracing over your image.
Simplify and smooth the path.
Move some points around.
Use the variable width tool
