Still unable to show any available udates when I'm in AI and select "help" and "updates".......what happened?
Same thing when I'm in PS, no updates or even the update page shown.....
Any thoughts?

Sorry to hear about this experience. Is the update page available when clicking on the Updates menu from Illustrator?
If not, kindly uninstall and then reinstall the Creative Cloud desktop app and share your observations with us.
Also, note that updates are released in a phased manner so the latest release might not be immediately available in your region.

Hi. Sometimes, logging out and logging in again in the Creative Cloud Desktop App solves those issues.

I will log out compeletly and log in again and see if it is helping!
