Stroke disappears when aligned inside or outside in illustrator CC 2019
When i put any image inside the shape. Center aligned stroke appears but inside or outside aligned stroke disappear.
Please let me know, what should i do???

Clipping masks don't like their strokes aligned to inside or outside.
