Helo, Is there a way to increade or downsize a group ou different strokes with different widths by % ou any other way?

Also, in case you want to preserve the original dimensions of the stroked paths, make sure that the "Transform Objects" option is turned off.

So even if "Scale Strokes and Effects" is unchecked the stroke will change if "Transform Objects" is on?

No, if Scale Strokes and Effects is unchecked, then just the Object will transform. So basically you have total control over what you transform by using this panel.

Check out the Object > Transform > Transform Each command.

Make your selection and then open the transform each dialog where you can input the scale percentage. Notably, since you mentioned objects with different stroke weights, look at the option at the bottom left for "Scale Strokes and Effects". If that is checked, then the strokes will be scaled to match the scale percentage you gave at the top. if that box is not checked, the strokes will remain exactly the same size even as the objects get scaled.
