Stuck on a loading screen when trying to open Illustrator (Latest version) (Win7)

The blue progress bar does no move 😞 please help need to create some awesome graphics

Hi Carlos,

Sorry to hear about the trouble you are facing with Illustrator. I would request if you can share a few more details like:

1. The exact version of Illustrator.
2. Do you have a printer connected? If not, please set Adobe PDF as the default printer.
3. You can also try booting the system into Safe Mode (https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/17419/windows-7-advanced-startup-options-safe-mode) and check how it works there. It starts your system so that it performs certain checks and prevents third party software/ services from automatically loading or opening. If it works fine in Safe mode, then there is some third party service or application like antivirus, plugins or web extensions which are conflicting with the Illustrator.
