Subscription scam

Wow 2 years I've been paying £19,97 without realising, never used the subscription and believed i had ended the free trial. Emails gone in to junk mail... nearly £300 later such a big company not even willing to waive cancellation fee....very very dissapointing!

You might want to update your two yearly bank and credit card review to once a year (at least)...

they are such a sleazy company and sneaky.. Lacks integrity through and through and such dishonest profit. I look forward to participating in a future class action suit

Adobe has no control over your email server/program's junk mail settings. One usually gets an email when ending a free trial. I know I always look out for confirmation emails after canceling a subscription or trial.
