Swatches Conflict - Adobe Illustrator

When we copy an artwork from one file to another and using our color chart, the color circle conflicts in colors, as per the attached message. Even selecting the “Merge swatches” or “Add swatches”, it still gives the error. These swatches are very important for the Product team, it helps to define code for the sectors. Does anyone have a solution?
