Can anyone tell me why my swatches in Illustrator are doing this to the Jersey I am applying the swatch to? The default swatches don't do this. I have changed the artboard size and tried to make it vertical, square and Horizontal. Not sure what is happening.
Ok so spent the day working the file, found out that you have to edit the swatch to fill the tile. Now the problem is the design has a flaw of somesort in the compound object. When i delete or make it not viewable the line in the object or jersey dissapears. Unsure of how to fix this.
This sir, This actually worked for me! Thank you very much! I spent all day trying to figure this out. Wish I had checked the thread sooner. Thanks so much! No white line!!! Now, I need to learn how to make the design flow a little more without looking like its colored paper sewen together..
I am having the same issue with adobe crashing on saving swatches. I am also having an issue with creating swatches and the swatch doesn't cover the object selected, which has led to creating new swatches and realizing adobe is crashing on saving the swatches.
Wasn't notified of responses. I am taking an eps file and adding it to illustrator. Then Taking the eps and dragging to the Swatch box to the right. once in the swatch box I double click the icon for the newly made swatch. Then I edit it to 1x1 and fill to fit the tile. Then I click the jersey I am trying to fill and now I am getting a white line. When I remove a compound object which is the vast majority of the design the line goes away.
