Sync fonts issues

Yesterday while working on an illustrator project (that i have been working for the past weeks) suddendly the fonts started to change appearence and I notice it wasn't recognizing anymore fonts that i have synced previously. I went to adobefonts browser to check if fonts where synced or not and the issue is that some how it unsynced some of the fonts without my command, and also a lot of the fonts that remained synced were not reflected into the illustrator. So I have to unsynced it online (on the browser) and synced again and sometimes this fixes the issue. Other not. To worst things the missing fonts (previously synced from adobe fonts) do not appear highlighted or warning that they are missing, so I only notice if i know the font real aesthetics and see that they changed. Or have to click it and see the small dot on the character table symbolizing that is missing. Has anyone experience this? Any suggestion on how to fix it?

Hi @silvia_7924,

I know how frustrating it can be to have your synced fonts suddenly change while working. Could you confirm which version of Illustrator and OS you're using, and whether this happens with specific fonts or across multiple projects? Please also check if the Creative Cloud Desktop app shows the fonts as synced when Illustrator doesn't recognize them. I'd recommend signing out and back into the Creative Cloud Desktop app and then re-syncing the fonts to see if that helps. You can also try clearing your system font cache as outlined here: https://adobe.ly/45ZEAu0.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.
