System Compatibility Report message after Illustrator launches - upgrade graphic card (GPU) driver

I have everything updated, but I can't use illustrator. I only get a compatibility error message and I can't click on anything other than "info".

Sorry to hear about the trouble you are facing. It seems you need to update your Graphic card driver. I would suggest you visit this help article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/illustrator-gpu-performance-driver-update.html) for more details. Let us know how it goes after updating the GPU drivers. If updating graphic card drivers doesn't help resolve the issue, you may repair the Visual C++ DLL. I hope it helps.
