Does anybody have experience or advice for bypassing this error message and disabling it. I am unable to continue using Adobe Illustrator because the error message (continue button) is off screen. The only way to continue is to Ctrl+Alt+ Del - End Task on Abode Illustrator - but the issue persists upon reoping Illustrator..
I have manually gone in and disabled my intel graphics card in the control panel and this has worked 50% of the time in the past - but it is not a sure fire solution to work through this issue.
Any advice is greatly appreciated!
thanks

Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out. It seems you need to update your Graphic card driver. I would suggest you to visit this help article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/illustrator-gpu-performance-driver-update.html) for more details. Let us know how it goes after updating the GPU drivers.
Thanks & Regards,

I have the same issue. For a while actually. And I tried updating the system, illustrator and the intel drivers. However, everything is up to date.
And to be honest, I really don't know what is the problem; illustrator seems to be working correctly. Perhaps things are different from what it should be, without me seeing it? Of perhaps only in features that I do not use?
Is a bit unfortunate to buy a new laptop over this... for only illustrator.

Hi @Wasnootje,
I understand your frustration with receiving the System Compatibility Report message in Illustrator. Let's try to troubleshoot this further.
To better assist you, could you please share your system specifications, including details about your graphics card (GPU), as well as the versions of Illustrator and your operating system (OS)?
Additionally, I recommend sharing the AI Sniffer file from the following location on your system:
Navigate to the following folder on your computer: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator <version> Settings\<locale>\x64
You should find the "AISniffer" file in this location.
Once we have this information and the AI Sniffer file, we'll be better equipped to identify any underlying issues and provide a solution. Thank you for your cooperation!
Best,
Anshul Saini
