I am working on a project which needs -

Text frames to be converted as flash text >

property changed to dynamic text >

writing instance name “_txt”.

so how can i write scripting on above process.

it does not seem possible, I didn't see anything about it in the Reference.

As Carlos says, it's one of the many things not accessable to scripting.

You could automate it a little maybe.

Manually select your text items or if you have tons of them you could create a script to select all the text items. Then once all are selected, it appears that you can manually change all those selected texts to "Dynamic" in the Flash Text window at the same time. However you cant give them instance names all at the same time just one by one, but to automate this you could use a JSFL once in flash to give them all the desired instance names. This 2 part approach would be more than a simple script that Illustrator cant seem to do, but a lot less work than doing it all manually one by one.
