Text is getting jumbled

Whenever I make a text box the text in it gets jumbled and unreadble. And when I edit it and type something the words come without spaces.

Start by resetting your character and paragraph panels. This simply looks like you mucked up some settings like the line spacing.

I resetted the panel and it still hasen't solved the problem.

Actually resetting the paragraph panel and editing the justification between words to 100% has solved it. Thank you for support.

As Mylenium said, you need to check your text formatting in the Character panel. To reset the formatting, open the Character Styles panel and re-apply the default character style (and hope the styling is not messed up in there)
