Text on path not showing up properly once exported

The kanji text on the bottom of the file will not show up in the proper location once I export it as an svg. It looks fine in illustrator when opening the exported file, but if I open it in another application the kanji text isn't rotated around its path properly. I attached the svg file and a screenshot of what happens when I open it in Chrome. Can anyone help me with what's going wrong here? Thank you!

I assume your only solution is to outline the text just like you have done with the other text.
