Text to Vector graphic Beta Illustrator

I updated my Illustrator beta to 28.1 but the text to vector graphic panel didn't appear. And I don't have it in Window neither. What can I do?

Text To Vector is not in the Beta v28.1 version

you have to update to the latest release v28.0

I checked your email address and found out that your default language is set to Russia. Adobe Firefly, which includes the Text to Vector feature, is not available in Russia due to regional restrictions as per Adobe policy.

I've heard some users report v28.0 is not available yet. If it's not, try restarting your Creative Cloud app.
