Thai Language missing Characters

We are working on a Thai Language item and for some reason, some of the character are lost when 'copy-paste' the text frok the word doc.
Any idea what should we do?

I use the 2022 version, I am having this problem as well.

I searched on Youtube for fixing it, I must go to Edit > Preference > Type > Change Text Engine from Latin to South Asian and Middle Eastern. But I don't have the Text Engine menu in my program.

Can you fix it now?
