The cursor issue in the workspace area

The cursor disappears when it enters the workspace area and doesn't allow me to work with it. It works in various menus and side windows. I've tried reinstalling the program, but I couldn't resolve it. I've seen the solution proposed at https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustrator-discussions/illustrator-cc-2017-not-displaying-a-cursor-in-the-workspace-area-on-windows-10-on-citrix-vdi/m-p/9462283#M71548, but I couldn't resolve it.
