The cursor issue in the workspace area

Question

The cursor disappears when it enters the workspace area and doesn't allow me to work with it. It works in various menus and side windows. I've tried reinstalling the program, but I couldn't resolve it. I've seen the solution proposed at https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustrator-discussions/illustrator-cc-2017-not-displaying-a-cursor-in-the-workspace-area-on-windows-10-on-citrix-vdi/m-p/9462283#M71548, but I couldn't resolve it.

Did you update Windows 11 recently? This seems to be an issue with the latest Windows update. Please add your vote and comment with any system information here:
