The illustrator freezes every time

Does anyone have this problem? The illustrator freezes every time I enter, sometimes if it manages to open and exit the bar, a few times I open a file, but when doing anything it freezes, sometimes it can't even open and the program closes or just stays blank thinking up to 1 hour and I have to force close. I need help!     Intel i9 /11th Gen: Ram 32gb
