Hello everyone, I've an issue with my new Illustrator upersin28.1). I just realized that for some files that were edited in version 27.9 some images already embedded didn't show in the latest version, but when I open on another device (version 27.9) it’s still fine with no problem, just happens in the latest version. The screenshot is attached below. Is there anyone found the same issue?

Device
- MacBook Pro 2018 15” i7 16/512 (Illustrator v28.1) macOS Sonoma
- MacBook Pro 2016 13” i7 16/256 (Illustrator v 27.9) macOS Monterey

Hello @creative Genius Lab,

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing a few sample files (https://adobe.ly/48s7x1L) and a screen recording of the problem (https://adobe.ly/48omGRw), so we can investigate this further?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Anubhav

My coworker and I are having that same problem -- Image is there in thumbnail and previews but when opened up where the embedded image is, just looks a white box.  Open it on another computer that hasn't installed the lastest upgrade (pre 28.1) and it works just fine and shows the image.   Thumbnails, and previews show the image.  I can even select the image and do a image trace on the image and it will trace the image.
