The layers icon (the eye) is grey, I cannot see the layer

The layers with grey eyes that I cannot open it.

How can I solve it?

Those are sublayers (or maybe groups)

Make the main layer visible. Then you can turn on the sublayer.

Thank you for your advices. But I still cannot open it.

The grey eye icons whether I click any times, it still not disappear.

I solved it!!! 

I unlock all the layers and click the buttons the show all the layers.

They are visable again. Thank you!!!
