It is may be a font encoding problem.
You can see it in some fonts not in all fonts and happen more with RTL fonts.
You can edit the composing setting from the Paragraph panel menu, it may help.

If you want this repaired, then reporting it to Uservoice is the best way, because there you will be talking directly to the engineers. And yes, they read that.
