Correct answer Ton Frederiks

For images Illustrator works with a pixel grid based on a resolution of 72 ppi.

It is often better to export at multiples of 72, like 144 ppi.

Exporting your file as tiff at 144 ppi does not give the lines.

Illustrator uses a pixel grid based on 150 ppi resolution, exporting at 150ppi will still have lines

Did you try 144 ppi? Or 288 ppi?

What did you use for the fill. I see an image, probably based on a pattern. Image or vector based?

Can you share the pattern?

Is that a pattern in the shirt? Or is it a clipping mask?

If it is a pattern, can you try and use the Supersampling method (optimized for artwork, not type) for antialiasing?

Hello, it is the pattern on the shirt. I use the super sampling method to export the artwork at a resolution of 150. There will be lines when exporting at a resolution of 300. What I need is a 150 resolution TIFF. Many files before exporting TIFF often have this. Situation I have tried a lot of methods but it doesn't work
