Tibetan Fonts incorrectly displayed

I have 2 Tibetan fonts on my Macbook pro, Kailasa and Kokonor, but neither of them work properly in Illustrator. There are some boxes that should not be there. I tried to change the language setting on my mac to Tibetan(but there is no Tiebtan on my 2022 Macbook Pro.  In addition, I went into the "type settings" on illustrator and tried both options. Neither works. Does anyone know how to solve this issue? Thanks!

    Hello @Jalebiji,

    Thanks for reaching out. Both Kailasa and Kokonor fonts have a very limited glyph count, and are only available on macOS. Would you mind trying to use the Noto family of Tibetan fonts (https://adobe.ly/4cEJu1S) instead to check if it helps?

    I have the same problem and I have the Noto front. I've attached two photos. 1 shows how it looks in adobe and 2 shows how it is supposed to look (in microsoft word).
