Tool as Figma or Zeplin

Hi nice to greet you! 
Thank you for your time to help in this post.
I've been a developer in some enterprises and always the enterprises has a developer team and design team. The most common flow to work is the design team create a mockups for app, and the developer team follow the design. In this enterprises used tools like "Figma" or "Zeplin" this tools helps to developer to see exactly the properties of design, for example the font size, font type, colors and others. This tools is so helpful to know exactly how is the design.
In actually I'm in a new enterprise where the only tool they know is "Adobe Illustrator” and is good but we're having some troubles in know exactly the properties of design. The developer team doesn’t know "Adobe Illustrator" and they don't have the software installed (Not is responsibility of developer team)
So my question is, exist some tool of Adobe to share the properties of design as "Figma" or Zeplin ?
 
I'will appreciate your help

The "Zepplin" app has a tool for export the assets (as icons and logos) in the page where show the mockup

Is possible do this whit Adobe ?

You can import AI files into Xd and it also keeps the artboards and shapes (where possible).

There is no roundtripping of files if that's what you would like to do.

Adobe's own prototyping tool is XD. I don't know how useful it is in a workflow with Illustrator (or if it is at all).

What are your Illustrator users submitting to developers at the moment?

Maybe use XD is gonna be harder for the design team 😕😕

Does exist some feature to export from Illustrator to XD?
At the moment the submitting files to developer team are the raw files of Illustrator (file.ia)
