When you find something in English on the Adobe website, you can always try to insert /es into the URL (see the address structure in my 2 examples)

•  Youtube. Haces una búsqueda y vas filtrando el los Youtubers de tu preferencia. Adobe mismo tiene canales de Youtube.

• Sitios donde puedes comprar cursos como Linkedin learning o Udemy.
