Hi,
I have a problem when using the Transform Effects in Illustrator its giving jagged diagonal lines. And if used with offset path set to round, then the diagonal lines steps become rounded.
Please see attached image.
I havent used Transform for a while but dont think this was happenning before i reinstalled illustrator.
Any help appreciated thank you.

It looks like all that's going on is the transform is creating 15 copies of the letter N shape. The sharp corners on the diagonal edges is merely the visual result of the corners of the N shapes and where they're stacking on top of each other. The only way to get rid of those jagged corners is by using pathfinder operations and then manually editing the paths. Adobe Illustrator doesn't have a good parallel block shadow effect built into the app. Astute Graphics has a decent block shadow effect in one of its plugins.
