Transform typo Horizontal & vertical

Is it just my Illustrator or are words Horizontal and Vertical representing the wrong icons? Horizontal should be left to right and Vertical should be top to bottom?

At first glance, it may indeed be a bit confusing, but it just refers to the orientation of the axes (represented by the dotted lines in the dialog).

So, per se it cannot be called "wrong".

For better or worse, the options refer to the axis of reflection, not the direction of the 'flip'.
