Transforming Title to Diagonal Version

How can I change this title and subtitle to a diagonal arrangement, as in the bigger image?

Is it text, or vector shapes, or an image?

Assuming it's something editable in Illustrator, use the Shear tool.

You first need an italic or slanted font.

THen it would depend on whether those are area texts or point text

point text can just be rotated.

Area text needs to be rotated with the rotate tool and then also the path of the area adjusted.
