Cannot open some files through the creative cloud. I've attached a screenshot of the error.
I had this issue a few weeks ago but it seems it has returned.
I am the only user and owner of these files, I have tried illustrator beta, the regular version, deleting and redownloading the apps, but no luck, the only way I can open these files is if Idownload them locally which in itself takes about an hour for a relatively small file on a strong internet speed, it is not realistic to do so.
This problem desperately needs to be addressed.

Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Could you try signing out of the Creative Cloud Desktop application and then signing back in, selecting your company profile, to see if it helps?
