Trying to find Illustrator 2023 download

Howdy folks,

Over some routine system work, my 2023 Illustrator v27.x.x version got a bit fuzzy.  After uninstalling it, I noticed I was unavailable to download anything previous from Illustrator v28.x.x. to the most recent.  Problem is, I need v27.x.x. due to a plugin that won't work on anything past 2023.  Can anyone guide me to a place where I can download any of the 2023 v27.x.x versions of Adobe Illustrator?  thanks

nevermind.  after a bit of searching I managed to find contact numbers for Adobe Illustrator and gave them a rang.  Found out that if you require a previous version of Illustrator not provided anymore from the CC, Adobe Customer Support will email you with time-sensitive links for the version you are looking for with its own installer.  Worked for me as the problem is fixed and im up in running back in 27.9.6 with CADtools working again. Shame hotdoor had to change it over to a subscription base.. now I know... thank you.

The need for older installers of Illustrator is a pretty common thing lately. I’m trying to understand why they can’t just allow the final builds of a few previous year versions of apps to be available to download and install via the CC Desktop App.

I think most users would understand certain older builds may not be forward-compatible with newer versions of operating systems. But it certainly looks like the people who are needing older builds of Adobe applications may be running slightly older computers, but are definitely running applications or plugins that don’t get along with the latest Adobe app versions.
