Turn lighting off in Illustrater 3D

Hello –

I'm playing around with the latest 3D feature in side of AI 2023.

Is there a way to turn off lighting / shadow lighting on an 3D object.

Trying to achieve an abstract shape with no edge lines or visible surfaces.

Please see example attached of floating steps.

Question - how to turn off the lights pointed at this object.

Shadows can be turned off, but you will need light in order to see any 3D at all.

You might want to consider using the Legacy 3D effects and then set the rendering to flat.
