UI Glitches (Random values stuck on screen)

I have these random values (see image below) that are constantly displayed on my screen after opening illustrator. The values stay stuck on the screen no matter what I do even when opening other browsers. The only way to get rid of them is restarting my laptop but this doesnt help as they just reappaear when I open illustrator again. Would appreciate any help, thanks.

MAC User: Thank you. 1. I logged off as my usual user and logged back on as a guest user for just a few seconds. I didn't have to launch any programs except Safari. 2. I restarted and logged back on under my usual user. Result: The random measurements were gone. Hello @jade3200,

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind trying the suggestions shared above and let us know if they help? If not, kindly share more details, like the exact version of the OS/Illustrator, whether Illustrator behaves this way with all files, and a screen recording of the problem (https://adobe.ly/3yPhZDJ), so we can investigate this further?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Anubhav

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Hello @Michaela355458799sk7,

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind trying to run Illustrator under a different administrator account (Windows / macOS) and checking if it helps?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,
