Just showing of Adobes Inconsistency within UI and Workspaces as in this example for four different apps.
This is ridiculous that the dev teams cannot communicate and setup properly.

Community Experts in this forum are not Adobe employees. Guys like Doug have nothing to do with "taking your money." As for the original complaint, the menu differences in the posted image seem pretty minor to me. With four different applications serving four very different core purposes it should be expected there would be differences in menu commands and the order in which those commands are listed.

If you want Adobe employees to see your complaints follow the link Doug provided above back in June. The complaints you're posting in the community forums are going to be read pretty much by only us lowly community people.
