What happens if you click on the go to home screen, do these options come up?

 

Have you tried restarting your computer and checking that Adobe Cloud is up & running?

We understand that technical issues can be frustrating. I hope Mike and Monika's suggestions helped resolve the problem. If not, kindly try running Illustrator under Safe Mode (Windows / macOS) and sharing your observations.

Do you have antivirus or something blocking website traffic? Maybe Little Snitch or the like?
