I am reposting this in an effort to hopefully find a solution and/or get Adobe to address it.
Whenever I try to delete a .dxf file that was previously opened in Illustrator, I always get the error "The action can't be completed because the file is opened in Adobe Illustrator 2022". Any other file deletes just fine. This only happens with .dxf files. The only way to get them to delete is to close Illustrator. I didn't have this issue prior to the 25.2 update, but it has been an issue in every update/version since with no fix by Adobe. No response from Adobe at all either. Anyone else have this problem? I am using a Windows pc.

Adobe is aware of the issue. Best to follow and vote the UserVoice post on this, rather than make multiple posts here. Illustrator voice is monitored by Adobe staff more closely than the forums.
