Unable to export file from Illustrator in 300 DPI

Hey Guys,

I am unable to export any file I work on in 300 DPI. I keep getting the following error message:

Unable to export at this resolution. Please lower the resolution and try again.

Any suggestions how to export at 300 DPI?

I presume that it's a very large dimension you are trying to export.

Just how large is it and which file format?
