I use HPSimplified fonts for my work images created in Adobe Illistrator and other Adobe products. The font is available with no issues on my work computer, but when I'm working on my home computer it says the font is unavailable and it doesn't come up in the Adobe fonts online add the family to my system. Both systems are Windows and using Microsoft Edge for browser.

Is the font installed for all users?

I am the only user at my agency with access to the Adobe Suites package. The font is available when I am on my work computer, but not at my home computer (both desktop versions that have been completely updated). I am logged into my account and cannot access it online either.

And you are using the same account on both computers?
Is that account managed by an IT department?

I manage the account. I am the primary on it and the only person who actually has access to Suites. Yes, I am loging in to the same account on both computers. I've updated on my home computer and done everything I can think of to get the fonts brought in.

HP Simplified is a typeface developed by Hewlitt Packard.

HP Simplified isn't available thru Adobe Fonts. They're not system fonts for Windows either. I'm guessing that maybe the fonts were installed as part of a printer driver package on your work computer. You could try downloading the fonts from the web page listed above or just copy font files from the Fonts folder on your work computer and then install the files on your home PC.
