unable to install any adobe product

hello everyone,

i just updated my iMAC to macOS Catalina v 10.15.2 and purchased adobe (photoshop, illustrator and Indesign).

my problem is that i can't install any of this products in my iMAC and am not geting any error but the installation is stack on 10.3% for an hour now. photo attached.

cloud anyone help me on this probelm.
