I’m sorry you’re facing issues installing Illustrator. Could you kindly share your system specifications, including CPU, RAM, GPU, and your OS version with the build number? This will help us better understand the issue. Additionally, please double-check the minimum system requirements for Illustrator to ensure compatibility (Windows Intel/ Windows ARM is available in the Beta apps section of the Creative Cloud desktop app only for English locales like the USA).
