Unable to install Illustrator CS6 on macOS Catalina

Question

Hi, I am unable to re-install illustrator cs6 after my mac updated.
I have a serial number for the cs6 version but this serial number doesn't seem to work with adobe illustrator 2020 (which is the only version of illustration available for download currently? )
 
Would appreciate if someone could give me some advise on how to re-install illustrator cs6 with a serial number on mac catalina. Thanks.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Manan has given you correct advice going back to an older OS to use CS6. Please check out this link to find system requirements for Adobe Illustrator CS6.
You may also try the latest version of Adobe Illustrator at https://www.adobe.com/products/illustrator.html

CS6 illustrator on Catalina is not supported you can't use it on this OS. Also the serial number you have for CS6 can't be used with the latest versions of Illustrator as Adobe no longer uses/sells serial key based licenses. The option you have is either rollback your OS the previous version or subscribe to Creative Cloud service
